As for the hunt for our new home, we had rather specific ideas of what we wanted, and DJR immediately came up with some listings that might fit our demands. The first outing was more exploratory for us. It also allowed DJR, David in particular, to observe our reactions and refine his approach in coming up with additional listings. David made us feel like family like we could count on him for anything, from finding just the right house to helping us work on our house to get it ready to move in! David really goes above and beyond what is expected of an agent, making sure everything is safe and welcoming for his clients. We talked with a few agents and chose Jesse based on his personality, knowledge of the area, and youthful energy which was characteristics we were looking for in helping to sell our home. We were fortunate to have him as our agent. Our home went on the market in Feb. 2020. We received multiple offers which put us into escrow quickly. Everything went smoothly until the day before closing which is when the Covid Pandemic hit closing all businesses, etc. The buyers pulled out, not knowing what was going to happen. From that point on, it was a "Freefall". We went through five escrows, due to tightened restrictions on loans and various other reasons. Jesse always had another buyer lined up to begin a new escrow. He used multiple media platforms to continue marketing the property which helped in maintaining interest in our home. Jesse would always meet any prospective buyer at the home to present it, rather than have the buyer's agent take them through which is a big asset when showcasing your home. We highly recommend Jesse, David, and Romina to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Coachella Valley. Jesse is also very knowledgeable of the area as he is a local born and raised in Palm Springs which is a big asset for those who are unfamiliar with the area. If we had to do it over again, Jesse would be our agent. He also became a friend. That in itself says a lot."

They helped us purchase a vacation home in the mountains of Idyllwild-Pine Cove. Even though their specialty is desert homes, they never hesitated to put in the time and effort researching in order to walk us through everything there is to know and help make the process smooth and easy. Jesse had great insight and was able to answer all of our questions. His calm, can-do demeanor put us at ease when we came across small obstacles. He constantly followed up to make sure all contingencies promised by the seller were met. I know he was incredibly busy but he never let this show and always made us feel like we were his priority. His level of communication is unmatched as he coordinated everything between the seller’s agent, Title company, lender, and anyone else involved so well that we never had to worry about anything. Jesse remained in touch even after we closed escrow to help us tie up loose ends. They are honest and trustworthy and quite frankly, we’re a little sad that all is said and done!
